What are your opening hours?
We are open every day.
Monday - Friday 08:30 - 16:00
Weekend & holidays 09:00 - 17:00
Closed 25/12 and 01/01 only.
Can I make a reservation?
Yes you can, please send an email to info@elisa.coffee or use our contact form.
Do not forget to mention the date and time.
Do I need to make reservations?
Reservations are not required. Also not for High Coffee.
With how many people can I come for brunch?
We review this personally per request.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
We offer gift vouchers. The value is up to you. The voucher is valid for 12 months but does not have to be used in one go.
Currently, they are only available at our cash desk at Elisa in Leuven.
Can I bring my dog?
All dogs are welcome, as long as they are well behaved.
Is the building (wheelchair) accessible?
The orangery and terrace are accessible.
Do you have any gluten free options?
Our bread can be replaced by gluten-free crackers.
If you make a reservation and ask, we can provide gluten-free bread.
Can I order take away?
Yes you can.
